TOPICS MODELING

An evidence Gapmap is a visual tool to aid the research of a specific knowledge area. The main purpose of an evidence Gapmap is to organize the available literature in several categories: methodology and topics. This structuring allows summarizing the results in a matrix that indicates how abundant the research is in each of their cells. We generated a Gapmap of evidence from all academic articles available through the Elsevier portal, based on non-supervised topic modeling.
