Data analytics for sustainability:

Latin America is a region with immense challenges, but also with great opportunities for innovation. Its rapid urbanization generates great pressures, contrasts and gaps that impact the environment, health and the way we move, just to name a few problematic situations. Fortunately, analytics provides solutions that allow us to transform data into valuable information for decision making. When we use analytics with a holistic view, we can develop methodologies by coupling, extending and integrating different analytics models. In this seminar, we will present several cases that illustrate how the integration of analytics models can contribute to the solution of complex sustainability problems in our region.
